We provide secure, insured shipping for our tableware collections across all Canadian provinces. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delicate ceramic, stoneware, and glassware items are carefully double-boxed using custom protective packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
While many of our contemporary plates and bowls are dishwasher safe on gentle cycles, we highly recommend hand-washing premium items featuring Champagne Gold accents or matte glaze finishes. Hand washing helps preserve their distinctive texture and subtle luster over decades of regular dining use.
